OUR HISTORY
Scott Hydrick Sr. started Hydricks Construction in the late 1970's working on homes for his grandfather. It was there that quality, trust, integrity, and dependability was instilled in him.
Hydricks Construction has built and framed many homes throughout Columbia and the greater midlands. Scott Sr. would soon teach his two sons Scott Jr. and Phillip the same traits his grandfather taught him.
In 2005 Three Rivers Custom Homes was born implementing these same traits throughout the building process.
